I was very disappointed with the service I received using Lamps2U Direct; I was working in the props department on a short film and I urgently required a shipment of lanterns. The order stated a 2-3 day wait on the lanterns however I did not receive them until the 17th June ( a week after the order), which was a day after our shoot.
