Veito CH1800XE Black Low Input 1.8kw Carbon Ribbon Infrared Heater

The free standing floor model in the Veito range complete with an adjustable height stand (820-1350 mm) and a choice of two heating settings: 900W and 1800W. When the heater is knocked over it will automatically shut down. If the heater exceeds temperature requirements, it will automatically switch itself off. With the lightened aluminum body and built-in carry handle, it can be easily carried to different usage areas. Veito CH1800XE has a control panel which is a rotary switch. The switch sets the heat levels of CH1800XE, when the user turns the switch to the right. When the switch is turned back into starting position, then the heater will be shut down. Veito CH1800XE is very easy to use. The manual that comes with the heater will provide you with all information you need to get your heater ready to work. Veito CH1800XE has two different settings that you can use to keep you warm. Made using the latest carbon fiber technology, and are robust and hard-wearing with long-lasting heating elements. Veito heaters are quiet, reliable, and made with high quality electronics that have a superior performance. I would rate your service as a 4.5, overall I was extremely happy with the service, efficiency and items I received from your company. The only minor thing (and only say this to give you some feedback on how an already very good service could be improved even further) and forgive me if I have made a mistake on this. But I don't recall receiving an email from you confirming the order at the time i placed the order, and this may not be your policy which is fair enough, it just left me wondering if the order had actually gone through okay. Like I said If I have made a mistake and you did send an order confirmation email (I receive so many emails on a daily basis it is possible that I have accidentally over looked your email) then consider your rating a 5 not a 4.5.

Delivery is free within the UK when you spend over £35.00

Shipping and Handling: -

We will action your order either the same day or the day after you place it with us, assuming it is a working day. (Monday to Friday 8.55am to 5:00pm)

If you are purchasing from outside the UK please contact us before ordering, as there will most likely be additional shipping costs.

Unfortunately, if a large parcel needs to be sent to the Scottish Highlands or an offshore Isle such as Northern Ireland or the Isle of Mann via a courier there will be additional charges.

Please contact us before ordering. Alternatively, we will contact you on receipt of your order. Smaller deliveries that can be sent via Royal Mail will incur no extra charge.


Delivery Schedule: -


We try to despatch your order the same day we receive it. (Monday to Friday) We will deliver your order free of charge if your total order comes to £35 or more  otherwise the delivery charge is just £3.98.

We will deliver to you either by Royal Mail, or by parcel carrier, according to weight and value of the order.

Certain items, such as long fluorescent tubes (3ft and above) can only be transported by courier due to the length and delicate nature of the product. Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to cover the costs for this. 

These products are pre-selected for an extra shipping charge of £5.79 ex VAT by our website, however, if any long fluorescent tubes do not pick up this extra delivery fee we will contact you to either take the extra payment or refund the order in full.

Delivery is usually within 72 hours or sooner depending on the time of day we receive your order.  We are unable to despatch orders at weekends and bank holidays.

In the event that we are out of stock for a particular item, we will send everything but that item to you. Once the item comes into stock, we will then complete your order, at no extra delivery cost to you. If you require an item urgently please call or email us with the 'item code' and we will advise immediately if the item is in stock.


Next day deliveries: - 


We offer a next day delivery service - Please note, orders must be placed before 3.30pm to guarantee delivery for the next WORKING day. Next day deliveries do not apply to weekends. If there is an issue with stock we will let you know ASAP so you can decide if you would like to cancel.


Back Orders: -

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait. If you need something urgently give us a call to check stock - Please have the item reference to hand as this will help to speed things up.
