Ordering process is quite easy, and searching for products is not difficult. The item sent was an alternative to that shown on the website. Although my shipping choice was Royal mail first class, the items were sent by Royal Mail 48. So it was never going to arrive in 1 working day. Having a real choice of first class shipping would be nice. John Baynes
