I have only just fitted the lamp and I am overjoyed with it, it replaced a double 6 foot daylight strip batten lamp and the new light is instant sunshine, fantastic light and great for my studio, unbelievably it uses less electricity has no starter or tubes to worry about and it just looks better, so its a five out of five stars from me and feel free to to use this in your feedback loop, just need three or four more to be replaced now, may even put one or two in the attics. Before I bought a new kitchen unit set I never realised that the length of the fluorescent tubes that can be placed underneath counters was essentially random. I couldn't find the right length of tube anywhere apart from your store when the B&Q tubes failed. Yours have been fitted and for two months have been working fine. Very happy and will use again!
