The lamps are working fine & are of a good quality, which surprised me as I had recently paid for same spec lamps which were more than three times your price & did not work (no I'm not making it up) so I will rate your service a full 5 marks without hesitation & will be buying from you again. Good value and delivery with online ordering quite straightforward. The only reason I didn't give you a five was because a one-off lamp was included in a box containing a number of another type of lamps which caused me to contact you (email) to report that the single lamp had not been included in the order. I later discovered that the lamp had, in fact, been included and I contacted you again to say I had found it. A slight inconvenience but, otherwise, I was satisfied with the order and service.
