I have been very happy with the service provided. As you may know from your records I had to contact your customer service as unfortunately three bulbs were broken upon delivery. I cannot recall the name of your colleague to whom I spoke, but he was very polite and professional and arranged for replacements to be sent out immediately, and these arrived the following day, all fine. I mostly ordered online, the website and payment process are clear and user friendly. On occasions when I’ve rung up the staff have always been very helpful indeed, especially Martin who I sent on a bulb treasure hunt for me.
