May be Amazon's fault not these guys, but one out of stock item was charged for at point of sale together with the delivered items. The late item was delivered fine a few weeks later, but this should only have been charged when in stock and ready for delivery, not when placed on back-order! In all other respects these guys are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Ian Boyce
