Making a Purchase....

Could not be easier. Just browse our website and add any item that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click the ‘checkout’ option and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Paypal.

When confirmation is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us. We will email you our acceptance of you order once your credit card details have been processed. We have included this term to protect us in case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. 

In case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to insure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling: -

We will action your order either the same day or the day after you place it with us, assuming it is a working day. (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:00pm)

Delivery Schedule: -

We try to despatch your order the same day we receive it. (Monday to Friday) We will deliver your order free of charge if your total order comes to £35 or more otherwise the delivery charge is just £3.98. We will deliver to you using either Royal Mail, or by a parcel carrier, according to weight and value of order. Delivery is usually within 72 hours or sooner depending on the time of day we receive your order. 

We are unable to despatch orders at weekends and bank holidays.

In the event that we are out of stock for a particular item, we will send everything but that item to you. Once the item comes into stock, we will then complete your order at no extra delivery cost to you.

If you require an item urgently please call or email us with the 'item code' and we will advise immediately if the item is in stock.

Direct deliveries can be arranged to speed up delivery. This means the goods are sent directly from the manufacturers to the client or site where a job is taking place. Please contact us for more information, as direct deliveries can sometimes incur handling charges should you wish to return.

Back Orders: -

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the EU 20% VAT is added.
