these bulbs are noticeably brighter than the similar 11W ones I used previously - but they are relatively slow to get to full brightness, and thus not suitable for somewhere you need instantaneous maximum illumination. Roger Glover
Exactly as ordered with usual fast turn round. Don't use many bulbs, but don't seen to bother to go anywhere else the days. I reckon a 5 is earned. Recently recommended Lamps 2udirect to both my children who now have homes of their own. Don't know if they've bought yet, but both seem impressed. Wendy Penn

THe LED lamps are very impressive and are ideal replacements for the tungsten and halogen spotlamps and much better than CFL which seem really dull in comparison. I can't wait for the old lamps to fail so that I can fit these LED versions! The low energy are nice and compact and ideal for my application. Thanks for the great service. Deborah Smith
The LED Christmas lights are fabulous so another 5 but one of the Illuminating Gift Boxes was damaged so only a 3. I have repaired it as well as I can but it’s obvious someone had tried to repair it previously. It doesn’t detract from the beautiful effect so everything is fine ……..I didn’t want to send them back for an exchange as I didn’t want the hassle to be honest Fraser Colquhoun

Products have been excellent and price is pretty good too. Only reason a 5 rating would not be given is the communication was lacking in that once the confirmation of the order was received, no further communication would be supplied to the customer. On one order their were items out of stock but I didn't find out until a week later when I phoned up. An email when an order is shipped would be a good addition to the service and would help out with the communication issue mentioned above. All in all, a good service at a good price. Hope the company can grow and will be my new "goto place" for lamps. Claire Gilbert
