I'd give you a 5 for service and a 4 for product performance (not as bright as 15w would suggest) these lamps (F15R80ES) are used in a exhibition gallery where the long life and low energy consumption is critical. We are very pleased with the speedy delivery and sturdy packing of the fluorescent light fitting. We are even more pleased that we have been able to convert it to bayonet fitting, utilising original fittings from a previous Eterna fluorescent fitting. This is the second time we have made this conversion, as we were unable to source a similar light, thus obviating the need to change cable runs in the ceiling. We therefore have a shadow-less central light in the kitchen. We only switch on downlighters when washing up or cooking. Rosemary Furnival
