I had a problem which was my own fault. I misread the R number of the original CFL lamps and found the R80s too big to fit the downward bathroom fittings. I recovered by buying, and
installing R 80 fittings, so that I could use the LED R80s I purchased. So, a mark of 5 for your part of the exercise, a miserable 1 for me! Alan Drury

The bulbs arrived today (Fri 27 May 16) as you predicted. Thank you very much. Packaging was excellent. The bulbs all work, and look very good in the lamp. They seem a better quality than the original ones I ordered. Not able to judge colour temperature properly, as the 5700K source outside is blazing through the windows, but they look the same as the one remaining old aged
