Was initially not completely happy with bulbs as they took around a minute to warm up. Was offered a refund by yourselves (appreciated) but decided to hang on to them as they are likely to be of use in future. Not overly impressed with the fact that the light bulbs were delivered to my home address and not to the delivery address stated in Plymouth, so had to arrange for a courier to pick up the box from my work and the deliver them to our casino in Plymouth David Handle
