I had an issue with the size of the bulb within the eyeball which was more than satisfactorily resolved. I will give 5 out of 5 based on all aspects of my "shopping experience" with Lamps 2U Direct. - I could not find an High Street or local electrical wholesaler that physically sold the items over the counter. Second, your online shop is pretty good, being able to find the products and order easily. Third, delivery was very good. Not just the time bracket for delivery, but also the care and attention taken in packaging the items. Finally, the products performed as described. Easy to install and operate. I have shopped with you before, and again now. Its nice to know that there is a place for us mere domestic shoppers can go when physical shopping gives no other alternative.
