My first order was incorrectly delivered to an address in Kentish Town (post office error I think). The man who had it actually phoned me but I wasn't able to collect it from him. I recently placed an order with you. Unfortunately, when the ordered lamps arrived, I found that the appliance was defunct. Your customer service kindly gave me instructions on how to claim a refund. I subsequently returned the product and received my refund. I cannot praise your customer service highly enough. A 5 rating for service.

I was delivered twice the wrong product. I had to come back twice to ask for the right one to be send to me. I had to provide twice pictures of the product received which wasn’t what I ordered. Each time your services were friendly and helpful on the phone, apologised and triggered the replacement. I got the right product but it took a while as it took 3 attempts. I was not in a particular hurry in this case. From your perspective it can’t be great either. I think further attention and scrutiny in what is being sent could benefit your business and costs, whilst increasing client satisfaction at the same time.

I would rate your service as a 4.5, overall I was extremely happy with the service, efficiency and items I received from your company. The only minor thing (and only say this to give you some feedback on how an already very good service could be improved even further) and forgive me if I have made a mistake on this. But I don't recall receiving an email from you confirming the order at the time i placed the order, and this may not be your policy which is fair enough, it just left me wondering if the order had actually gone through okay. Like I said If I have made a mistake and you did send an order confirmation email (I receive so many emails on a daily basis it is possible that I have accidentally over looked your email) then consider your rating a 5 not a 4.5.
