The lights received were absolutely fine and no damage in transit! It took a little longer to arrive than i expected (over a week---I can't recall exactly) but I don't think this was your fault and I wasn't in a desperate hurry anyway so it didn't matter. Everything is ok with my purchase, and all worked with no problems. As we now have around 80% of our lighting either LED or energy Saver Fluorescent. The rest in the very rarely used category, there has been a marked saving in our electricity bill due to this reduction to the lighting load, Timothy Adams

Out of 10 bulbs ordered one was broken on arrival and another was poorly manufactured (bad), both were replaced without question (good). I noticed that at least two of the types of bulb I ordered were delivered in plain white packaging suggesting they are cheaper products (as evidenced by the manufacturing fault). This is likely to influence my decision to purchase again. Ruth Guilding
