Products have been excellent and price is pretty good too. Only reason a 5 rating would not be given is the communication was lacking in that once the confirmation of the order was received, no further communication would be supplied to the customer. On one order their were items out of stock but I didn't find out until a week later when I phoned up. An email when an order is shipped would be a good addition to the service and would help out with the communication issue mentioned above. All in all, a good service at a good price. Hope the company can grow and will be my new "goto place" for lamps. Susan Jamieson
