I'd say on this occasion it was only a 2 or a 3 for two reasons: - I had quite a while for delivery, not as speedy as normal, over 2 weeks. - you used a Fedex courier service, which is not very customer friendly as they carded the delivery rather than leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour; I then had to go to their website and say that I was happy for there to be no signature and that it could be left with a neighbour. Personally I would prefer the 'leave safe' type option with any carrier (I also work in the e-comm/mail order industry)
