Thank you for your email. The promptness of your delivery, packaging of the bulb and value was excellent, so for those I would give a 5. Unfortunately the bulb did not work, but I am not sure if this is a problem with the bulb or the bathroom cabinet I fitted the bulb to - I probably won't know until I get round to having an electrician check it.
