Everything was fine. We received the 2nd order within 48 hours. Through first order never turned up! 5 out of 5 for dealing with the problem so quickly!

I found the product was of very poor quality. One soldered joint was broken to a light switch. The lamp holders jammed the lamps on first use and I had to strip them down to free off. Not impressed. Your post service was good but the product was poor.

The lamp and bulb arrived within 2 days. so I am delighted. I have not and will not open it till Xmas as it is a present, but assuming it is in good condition I am happy to give you a high rating of 10 .

Here at Edinburgh Student Housing Co-operative (ESHC), we always try to minimise our costs, whilst maximising the quality of life for our 106 tenants. Since we started, we have been using “lamps2udirect” for our lightbulbs, as it is one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) on the market, without compromising their quality. Having said that, delivery has always been on time, making “lamps2udirect” a reliable provider that we can trust and definitely recommend.
