I was the one that didn't bother to read your advice to properly measure my lamps before ordering but you sorted the replacements with no fuss whatsoever. A definite 5 out of 5. The service was fast, responsive and efficient, however the product delivered wasn't actually quite accurate to the description, as the tent received was a pop-up version, whereas the product code seemed to indicate it was a tent that required manual erection. As this was for a team challenge, the pop-up wasn't quite what we were after! Nigel Whitten
