Have never ordered from lamps2udirect.com previously. Found ordering via the website easy and straightforward. I was searching for replacement lightbulbs for children's plug in night lights. These were purchased a few years ago from a very reputable and well known department store who are no longer stocking the replacement bulbs! Delivery was speedy and as stated. ARCHITECTS, INTERIOR DESIGNERS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE LIGHTS WHEN ON ARE INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM INCANDESCENT CANDLE BULBS, THEY BRIGHTEN AND DIM WITHOUT FLICKERING (USING A TRAILING EDGE DIMMER), AND PROVIDE COMFORTABLE WARM LIGHT. OTHER SUPPLIERS PROVIDED BULBS THAT TURNED THE LIVING ROOM INTO A PATH LAB, AND MADE OUR GUESTS LOOK ILL. Robert Ullyett

We were more than happy with the service in general. You stocked lights we were not able to find on other websites. But, nothing indicated that it wasn't a stock item and delivery was much later than expected 2-3 working day and I needed to chase up rather than receive an update, which is reflected in the score below I'm afraid.
