I was very pleased with the service and delivery of the lamp. Service I would rate at 5 and the product at 4. This 4 rating was because the lamp was very fiddly to attach to the base. In fairness, more able-bodied customers might have managed it better than us but we are senior citizens with arthritis and found ourselves scrabbling about the floor trying to attach it. Nice lamp. Helpful advice, good prices and quick delivery. Great replacement GU10 LEDs that fit deep fittings, faster to light and better energy consumption than the previous Megaman they replace. Will use Lamps2udirect again but these bulbs have a long life! Jenni Harrison

I bought from you as this is a tight-specification lamp bulb and most online suppliers did not provide sufficient information to let me know exactly what they were offering. Your description made me content that your bulb would work in my environment. As this is a replacement for a spare bulb that has just been put into service I cannot say whether it works or not, but the package is the same as the one I switched. 5-stars for product, price and delivery.
