Buy process was simple and quick on line. Basic email COMMS re confirmation of order etc were good. However no warning given when item was being delivered. No option in buy
process to provide delivery instructions to leave item round back etc. I just happened to be leaving for work late when delivery van turned up otherwise very large item could have ended up being left at elderly neighbours which I wanted to avoid. Other than the above I felt it was a good transaction and for smaller items I would buy from yourselves again. Elizabeth Brown
