Thank you, the processing and delivery of the order was excellent . My brother, who received the bulb and lamp holders, was very happy with them. I ordered a triple turn bulb, but he received a spiral bulb of the same wattage. This was not an issue for us, and I know from looking at other sellers' websites, that such alternatives are sometimes sent out. David Umfreville

I'm very pleased with the service as well as the selection. The level of detail posted describing the lamps on your site (ie. physical dimensions, colour temp, CRI ratings, etc.) is what drew me to your company in the first place, and part of what keeps drawing me back. The packaging of my last shipment of fluorescent tubes was superb as well (it took me awhile with a pocket knife to get into that bubble-wrap fortress, too, I must admit) And you have an entire section dedicated to daylight bulbs!!! How can any proper lightbulb enthusiast not fall incandescently in love with that?(Ok, maybe don't answer that!) Derek Smith
